Concierge healthcare is an innovative system that is designed to help patients bypass the frustrations of traditional healthcare. Many patients, especially those with complex chronic issues that require management, feel that they are not able to get sufficient attention from their medical team or communicate all of their needs in short, infrequent office visits.
With concierge healthcare, the patient pays a monthly fee for unlimited access to their doctor by phone, telemedicine, or in-office visit. Medications and services are paid for separately, with most standard offerings covered under insurance.
Our standard rate for concierge healthcare is currently $149 per month. This monthly fee keeps you in constant touch with your doctor and medical team, ensuring that you can have your healthcare managed as closely as possible and get treatment when you need it.
When specific medications and treatments are recommended by your doctor, insurance coverage is the first option. If your insurance does not cover a certain service, we work with you to determine the best payment options. We offer many discounts that can’t be found elsewhere, which serve to lower the rates for services not paid for by insurance.
We have a tiered pricing system that allows corporations to obtain concierge medical care for their employees at discounted rates. This is an incredible benefit to offer to your employees, opening up on-demand access to acute and chronic disease management, optical and dental services, medical weight loss, and much more.
Yes! SC My Care uses a powerful, secure, and proven Telehealth platform to provide virtual sessions with our patients. This lets your medical team consult with you whenever and wherever necessary, either in our office or at your home. You’ll never have to wait days to get face-to-face time with your doctor.
Many screenings are administered right here in our office. We are always working on adding to the list of tests and screenings that we can do in-house, and for more specialized testing, we partner with providers here in the greater Columbia, SC area that we trust. We’ll make sure your screenings are as convenient as possible for you, and let you know as soon as your results are available so that you’re not left in the dark about your health.

Our office is open Monday through Thursday 8:30-5:00, and Fridays 8:30-12:00. We are located in Lexington, SC, just a few miles from Columbia. Even outside of office hours, our concierge healthcare patients can get access to their medical team to address acute issues without waiting until normal business hours.

Botox is one of several medical aesthetics services that we provide for our patients. After consulting with a patient and coming to the decision that Botox is a good fit, we administer injections here in our office, in a safe and clean environment. Afterwards we stay in touch with the patient to make sure the results are in accordance with expectations and schedule future injections if desired.
