Baked Pears with Vanilla & Almonds

Honey, local | 1 tsp | Warm slightly if thick |
Almonds, sliced & toasted | 1 tbsp | Toasted for crunch |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange pear halves in a small baking dish, cut side up.
Drizzle with vanilla extract and honey. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the pears.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until pears are tender when pierced with a fork.
Sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds before serving.
